Amla ki Chutney - Indian Gooseberry Chutney
Enjoy the sour but fruity taste of a chutney made from Ayurvedic Amla, Indian gooseberry full of vitamin C.
How to make Amla ki Chutney?
Wash the Amla very properly, as you are going to use them together with the peel. Cut them into pieces and take out the stones. Make puree out of the fruit pieces using a hand blender.
Now you start picking the coriander leaves off their stems. Once this is done, either cut them into very small pieces or blend them, too, before you mix them into the chutney. Add black salt and salt according to taste.
That’s it, so easy! Enjoy your Amla ki Chutney with bread or rice!
