Instructions
Start by taking out some juice of the coriander. For this, you wash the coriander leaves, put them into a mortar and crush them with a pestle. Take them out into a clean piece of cotton cloth afterwards and then squeeze out the juice. You will need about half a teaspoon of fresh coriander juice. 1: When you have the coriander juice bring the water to a boil in a pot. Once it is boiling, add the fennel seeds and then place a lid onto the pot for about one minute. After one minute, switch off the stove and add the coriander juice into it. 2: Depending on your taste, you can add honey or lemon into the tea. 3: Enjoy!
