500 g Yoghurt
500 ml Water
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Coriander

Instructions
Cut each idli into four pieces. Pour the water into the yoghurt and blend it well with a hand blender. Heat up the oil in a deep pan or wok. When it is hot, add mustard, turmeric and coriander and stir the spices so that they don’t burn. Add the pieces of the idli and stir for about two minutes. 2: When the rice cakes are slightly roasted, add the blended mixture of yoghurt and water. Bring it to a boil, add some salt and stir. 3: Your Juicy Idli are ready! 4 Enjoy!
