Suitable Body Types

  • 200g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ripe Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 2 Green Chilies, slit (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste (or lemon juice)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped for garnish
  • Salt to taste
