How to prepare Strawberry Ice-Cream
Start by washing the strawberries and picking or cutting off their leaves. Put them aside.
Mix the milk powder with the glucose. Put this mixture together with the sugar and the strawberries into a blender and make puree out of it. Add the milk as well as the cream and blend it again.
Place the mixture into the fridge for about half an hour before you pour it into your ice cream machine. It depends on the machine but in maximum one hour, your ice-cream should be ready! Enjoy!
