Instructions
Start by washing the spinach leaves and cutting them in small pieces. Now take a pot and heat up the oil in it. When it is hot, add the cumin seeds as well as the mustard seeds into the oil. Fry them while stirring and then add the spinach into the pot as well, mixing it with the spices. 1: Place a lid on the pot and let the spinach cook in its own juices like this for the next five minutes so that it gets soft. After that, switch off the stove, open the lid and let the spinach cool down. 2: Take a hand blender and blend the yoghurt until it is slightly foamy. Add salt, mix it well and finally add the cold spinach into the yoghurt as well. Mix once more – and you are ready to serve your Palak Raita! 3: Enjoy!
