1200g Tomatoes
250g Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin
1 ½ tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Mango Powder
How to make Meethe Tomater?
Meethe Tomater is a quick and easy dish for which you don’t need much preparations. You simply wash and cut your tomatoes in very small pieces and are then already ready to heat up your stove. Put a pan on the stove and heat up the oil in it.
Once the oil is hot, you can add cumin and stir it a bit so that it does not burn. Add the tomatoes into the pan and wait until the tomatoes get hot. At this point you add the sugar while stirring so that it can dissolve. Add coriander, garam masala and mango powder and stir the hot tomatoes which will now have become more and more juicy.
Once the spices are nicely mixed and it has become hot, you can switch off the stove – your sweet tomatoes are ready!
