1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp black Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Garam Masala

2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt according to taste
How to make Kachhe Papita ki Sabzi?
You won’t eat the peel of your papaya but it is never wrong to wash your vegetables before cooking them! After washing, you need to peel the papaya and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
Now you heat up the oil in a wok and when it is hot, add cumin, mustard and fenugreek seeds. Fry these spices while stirring so that they can develop their aroma. In the next step you add the papaya and the water into the wok. Stir once so that the papaya, water and the spices get nicely mixed and place a lid on your wok to let it get cooked.
It will take about five or six minutes for your papaya to get soft. In this time you can stir once or twice and check whether the papaya is soft already. Once it is soft, add coriander, garam masala and salt. Stir once more to mix the spices and let them get warm in the papaya dish for about one minute.
Take your papaya off the stove and serve it to your guests who will surely love it!
