1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Mace
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
a pinch Asafetida
a small piece fresh Ginger
700 gTomatoes
200 gYoghurt
