Instructions
{"0":"Put the falsa in a bowl and wash them gently with water. The berries are very soft, so there is no need to rub or squeeze them but just shake them and then take them out. Any dust can be thus washed away without the berries being mashed.","1":"Put the berries into another bowl and add the liter of water. Soak them for about three hours.","2":"After this time, wash your hands thoroughly and then mash the berries into the water. After soaking, they are soft and you can easily mash all the pulp out of them. When it is all well mashed, you add the sugar and mix and mash it all again.","3":"Now take a sieve which is not very fine, pour the mixture into it and press, so that all the juice comes out. Don’t mind if the pulp goes through as well – it’s only healthy! Throw away the rest and then mix both salts into the juice.","4":"Roast the cumin without fat in a pan. When they are dark brown, take the seeds out of the pan and grind them in a mortar to powder. Add the powder in your False ka Sharbat. Ready! You can now place it into the fridge for cooling down or add ice cubes!","5":"Enjoy your healthy and tasty drink!"}
