1. Introduction

Welcome to Ayurveda Veggie! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ayurveda Veggie application (hereinafter "App"), including all associated services, features, software, and websites. The App is operated by Ayurveda Veggie (hereinafter "we," "our," or "us").

By installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install, access, or use the App.

2. Definitions

"User," "you," or "your" refers to any person who accesses or uses our App.

"Content" refers to all recipes, texts, images, videos, sounds, data, or other materials appearing in the App.

"Premium Services" refers to paid features, recipes, or other content accessible only with a paid subscription.

3. User Account

To use certain features of our App, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide complete and accurate information during account registration and to keep this information updated.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Our App offers Premium Services available via subscription. The prices for such subscriptions are displayed in the App. Payments are processed via your App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or via our payment processors.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew for consecutive periods unless you disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Advertising

The free version of our App may contain advertising. By using the App, you consent to receive such advertising. Premium subscriptions may offer ad-free experiences as described in the subscription details.

6. Permitted Use

You may only use our App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the App in a way that:

  • violates any applicable laws or regulations

  • is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive

  • propagates viruses or other malicious code

  • attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • unduly burdens or disrupts our services

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise exploit the App or its content, except as expressly permitted by these terms or with our written permission.

8. User Content

You retain all rights to such content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, display, and perform such content.

OUR APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App, and you will be notified of substantial changes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
