You are energetic, intelligent, and ambitious, but can easily become overwhelmed. A slim to athletic build is typical. Pitta ensures your digestion is fast. Your quick mind and high level of motivation make you a good problem solver, but this can also lead to stress and irritability.

Health problems you may experience include digestive disorders such as heartburn or stomach ulcers (due to too much Pitta), nervousness and sleep disturbances (due to excess Vata), and headaches or migraines due to mental overload. Your emotional intensity can lead to irritability and stress, especially if you overwork yourself.
