End-User License Agreement (EULA)

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR AYURVEDA VEGGIE

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or single entity) and Ayurveda Veggie for the software application identified above, which includes computer or device software, associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation ("APPLICATION"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the APPLICATION, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the APPLICATION.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The APPLICATION is licensed, not sold. Ayurveda Veggie grants you the following rights provided that you comply with all terms of this EULA:

1.1 Installation and Use

You may install and use the APPLICATION on a single mobile device. If you purchase the Premium version, you may install the APPLICATION on up to five (5) devices linked to the same app store account.

1.2 Backup

You may make one copy of the APPLICATION solely for backup or archival purposes.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

2.1 Maintenance of Copyright Notices

You must not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that appear on or in the APPLICATION.

2.2 Prohibition on Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the APPLICATION, except if such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law.

2.3 Rental

You may not rent, lease, lend, or provide commercial hosting services with the APPLICATION.

2.4 Support Services

Ayurveda Veggie may provide you with support services related to the APPLICATION. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the support services shall be considered part of the APPLICATION and subject to the terms of this EULA.

2.5 Compliance with Applicable Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the APPLICATION.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PREMIUM FEATURES

3.1 Premium Subscription

The APPLICATION offers a subscription model with Premium features accessible upon payment of a fee. If you choose a Premium subscription, you will be charged the corresponding fees through your app store account.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless automatic renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation of subscriptions are done through your app store account settings.

3.3 Free Trial Period

Any free trial period, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless automatic renewal is disabled before the end of the trial period.

4. PRIVACY

Use of the APPLICATION is subject to Ayurveda Veggie's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed in the APPLICATION. By using the APPLICATION, you consent to the collection and use of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. TERMINATION

Without prejudice to any other rights, Ayurveda Veggie may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the APPLICATION and all of its component parts.

6. COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to the APPLICATION (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the APPLICATION), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the APPLICATION are owned by Ayurveda Veggie or its suppliers. The APPLICATION is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the APPLICATION like any other copyrighted material.

7. LIMITED WARRANTY

AYURVEDA VEGGIE WARRANTS THAT THE APPLICATION WILL PERFORM SUBSTANTIALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THE APPLICATION ARE LIMITED TO NINETY (90) DAYS. SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AYURVEDA VEGGIE'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL AYURVEDA VEGGIE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF AYURVEDA VEGGIE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA (including any addendum or amendment to this EULA which is included with the APPLICATION) is the entire agreement between you and Ayurveda Veggie relating to the APPLICATION and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the APPLICATION or any other subject matter covered by this EULA. To the extent that the terms of any Ayurveda Veggie policies or programs for support services conflict with the terms of this EULA, the terms of this EULA shall prevail.

BY USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS EULA AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
