Instructions
- Rinse the rice thoroughly.
- In a pot, heat ghee (optional). Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the rinsed rice and sauté for a minute.
- Add water (around 2 cups, adjust based on rice type), salt, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked.
- Once cooked, squeeze half a lemon over the rice and mix gently.
