- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, and ginger powders and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cauliflower florets and saute for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and cover the pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
