Instructions
- In a small pan, melt the ghee or coconut oil over low-medium heat.
- Add the ground cardamom, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and black pepper to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the spices.
- Add the sliced bananas to the pan and gently stir to coat them with the spices.
- Pour in the water, cover the pan, and let the bananas simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until they are soft and warmed through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
